This manual is a digital download in full color.
In addition to the course manual, CraftBeer.com has also introduced a four-part video lecture series hosted by authors Adam Dulye and Julia Herz. While these videos are not meant to replace the manual, they provide an opportunity for the authors to expound on concepts and give students the option to learn visually.
Each of the video lectures, which are hosted on the online learning platform Digital Chalk, are accompanied by a quiz, which students must pass with an 80% score in order to receive a certificate of completion. Each video can be purchased individually or as a discounted bundle.
