Stephen Beaumont, author of Stephen Beaumont's Brewpub Cookbook (Brewers Publications, 2008), also co-wrote The World Atlas of Beer (Sterling Epicure, 2012) with Tim Webb, which has now been printed in eleven international editions in nine languages.
